I'm following Hal Higdon's marathon training plan, which makes a lot of sense for me. Instead of the Thursday run, I'm substituting a cycle. He calls for Fridays as a rest day, but I swim instead and Sundays are a swim/cycle. I'm also training for a marathon, but also another triathlon in the fall.
